In microfiches /www.bikebandit.com/ you can find the difference between 23W and 21W bulbs - first are American and Japanese standard, second are Eoropean one. That is why you cannot find 23W bulbs in Europe. As for the turn signal rellay - the difference between 23W and 21W is so small that it cannot influence the blinkung regime - and what is the differerence between 60 and 80 blinkings per minute?
